Essential Job Functions:

Pre-Sales Data Solutions Consultant

General Responsibilities:

Provide sales support for OneSource data solution sales opportunities as follows:

- Demonstrate technical competency in data solutions including marketing services, CRM data management, CRM integration, enterprise data integration, marketing analytics
- Demonstrate technical competency in web applications, understanding of APIs, data transfer protocols and familiarity with mobile applications and platforms
- Provide technical consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and conference calls. Support the sales team by exploring and discovering opportunities for OneSource Data Solutions through expert product knowledge and knowledge of technical challenges solved by OneSource Data Solutions

Responsible for project control and management of custom application delivery by coordinating with Technical Services Manager, application developers and customer. Work closely with members of the Delivery Team to ensure applications are delivered on-time, to specification and within budget parameters.

Conduct internal training programs to enhance the sales understanding of professional services capabilities, share best practices from successful implementations; knowledge of professional services process; general technical knowledge and understanding and other topics which create a strong, knowledgeable sales organization

Retain high degree of proficiency on all OneSource products, content and solutions and the competitive environment in order to consistently provide solutions that are high value to the customer and maxims revenue potential

Maintain and publish internal reference documents to assist sales staff in selling future Data Solutions projects: case studies, opportunity playbooks, facilitator guides, data dictionaries, demo sites and materials, etc.

Up to 25% travel involved

General Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree required (preference in a technical field such as Computer Science)
- 5+ years experience as a pre-sales consultant or software engineer required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude collaborating with sales teams and prospects/clients
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM, marketing automation, enterprise data applications or sales intelligence market

Content Quality Manager

Responsibility for overall content quality and operational effectiveness of OneSource information providers. This position involves:

- Taking hand-off from Product Management team once a vendor's data has been put into regular production.
- QA of assigned vendors as part of ongoing production.
- Fielding customer, sales and support questions related to vendor's data and taking appropriate action.
- Serving as vendor liaison regarding content quality issues, ongoing production operations and understanding of any changes occurring on vendor side related to staffing levels, quality control processes and expansion of their content offerings.

Job Description

An exciting and immediate opportunity is open due to the creation of a Channel Sales team within OneSource requiring a channel sales representative for North America. The Channel Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue within the channel in support of the OneSource channel management strategy.

You will have direct accountability for channel enablement and revenue generation from the OneSource channel to create new opportunities that drive sales for the OneSource sales team. You will be the channel contact and champion for the indirect channel and your main responsibilities will involve:

- Identify, sign and develop channel partners that meet the requirements of the channel strategy
- The production and ownership of a cohesive indirect channel plan aligned with the overall channel’s strategy.
- Execute all key elements of the plan to maximize revenue opportunities from the channel partners
- Effectively communicate the OneSource strategy and product positioning to channel executives, reseller branch and account managers.
- Training of the indirect channels on OneSource solutions, value proposition and registration of new reseller leads.
- Identify key issues related to the strategy and delivery through the indirect channel. Demonstrating thorough understanding of reseller partner strategy and marketing opportunities including competitor activities and tradeshow participation.
- Understanding of your reseller’s strategy and customer profile and work to optimize channel revenue and efficiencies.

Desired Skills & Experience

As a Channel Sales Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

- Minimum of 3-5-years of channel or indirect sales experience
- Strong understanding and demonstrated success working within one of the following industries; Business information, CRM/SFA, sales enablement, marketing automation
- Demonstrable experience managing channel relationships and building internal relationships.

Description

The Channel Sales Support Executive will have multiple responsibilities in support of the channel sales organization, including but not limited to, training, general support, lead generation/development, administrative functions, contract creation, proposal development.

Duties

- Help in identifying and initial outreach to new channel partner targets and strategic prospects for existing sales teams
- Act as liaison to the channel partners providing a point of contact and support
- Provide ongoing support to the channel partners including: setting up trials, building order schedules, order processing and launch procedures
- Ensure all contact and billing details are correct in SFDC system
- Assisting with special projects as assigned as well as other general sales administration functions.
- Exercising discretion in handling of confidential material and information

Professional Experience
